Pool & Lawn Assistance: Mariappa: +91 9880708059 (Available till 8 pm) and must be called only if there is an issue with electrical, plumbing, pool or lawn. He will not be able to assist with other requests. Please do not contact the host or caretakers late at night, post 9pm, unless there is
an absolute emergency.
GOVT ID with address proof to be provided to Soul Club before checkin - This
is mandatory for guests booked via Airbnb, OTA’s or booked directly.
Zero Tolerance Policy – Illegal Substances & Activities

Absolutely no illegal drugs, narcotics, or banned substances are allowed on the property under any circumstances.

Smoking or possession of illegal substances (inside or outside the villa) is strictly prohibited.

If found, the guest’s stay will be terminated immediately with no refund, and the guest will be required to vacate the property on the spot.

The host will fully cooperate with law enforcement in such cases. Guests will be solely responsible for any legal action, penalties, or consequences that may arise.

The host accepts no liability for any legal or personal consequences of a guest’s actions involving illegal substances.

No minors are allowed on the property, especially without the supervision of a guardian or adult. We are not responsible if any minors are found on the property, especially engaging in any illegal activities. Since guests come in large groups, it is the responsibility of the main person booking the property to ensure that all rules are abided by. Should you have any doubt about this rule, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!

Any fines, penalties, or damages to the property, neighbours, or community as a result of such behaviour will be the guest’s responsibility and must be settled immediately.
👉 This is a zero-tolerance rule. If you have any doubt, DO NOT BOOK.
General Rules
No smoking inside the villa. Smoking is allowed only in garden/outdoor areas (strictly tobacco only).
● No loud music after 11:00 PM. Please respect neighbors and keep noise levels down.
● Pets are welcome, but guests must clean up after them and ensure no damage to furniture, bedding, or lawns. Pets should not be left unattended.
● Guests must keep the premises clean and report spills, damages, or breakages immediately.
● Only the number of guests confirmed at booking are allowed. Extra guests must be reported in advance and may incur additional charges.
● Extra beds may be provided on request and may be chargeable depending on the number of guests. Any bookings above 15 pax will incur charges of 500 Rs per person.
● Absolutely no firecrackers anywhere on the property.
Pool, Lawn & Outdoor Areas
● No food or drinks inside the pool.
● Pets are not allowed in the pool - Rs 10,000 fine will be charged if pets are found swimming in the pool.
● Please wear an appropriate swimming costume and shower before entering the pool.
● Use the pool safely. Children must always be supervised.
● BBQ Usage: A manual BBQ is provided. Guests are responsible for lighting it, handling it safely, and ensuring no damage is caused to the property or lawn.Fire must be fully extinguished after use. The same rules apply to bonfires. The host does not provide cooking or BBQ services.
● BBQ must only be placed on the deck, not on the grass.
● BBQ Table Usage:-
The property provides a BBQ table for guest use. Please note that coals, firewood, fire starters, or any other consumables are not included and must be
arranged by the guest.
● BBQ Table Setup (Optional & Chargeable Service)
Upon request, we can assist with BBQ table setup, at a charge of ₹500 per use. This service DOES NOT include providing coal, food preparation, marination, or cooking assistance.
This service is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
● Outdoor cinema (projector) and speakers are available until 11:00 PM. Volume must be reasonable afterward.
● Projector rental is chargeable at Rs. 1000 per stay (max 2 days). Must be booked in advance.
● Kindly handle all games & activity equipment (archery, games, speakers, etc.) responsibly.
Property & Damages
● Soul Club is filled with unique handmade artwork and décor. Please treat it with utmost care. Any damages or missing items will be charged at full cost.
● Prohibited Waste in Toilets - Guests are strictly prohibited from flushing any non-biodegradable items, including but not limited to sanitary pads, condoms,cigarettes, polythene, or any other form of waste, down the toilet. A penalty of ₹20,000 will be imposed for any violation. Appropriate dustbins are provided in the bathrooms and across the property for the disposal of such items.
● Furniture, appliances, and equipment must be used responsibly. Report any issues immediately.
● The washing machine & kitchen are available for guest use. Please clean up after use.
● Shoot equipment (lights, cameras, tripods) is available on request and must be returned in proper condition.
Security Deposit Policy
● A mandatory refundable security deposit of Rs. 5000 must be paid at the time of check-in.
● Check-in may be refused if the deposit is not paid.
● The security deposit is 100% refundable if no damages or losses are found.
● Refunds are processed within 24 hours after checkout, once inspection is completed.
● If damages occur, the repair/replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, guests are required to pay the balance within 24 hours of checkout.
Safety & Responsibility
● Guests are responsible for their own safety while using the property. The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur.
● The property is surrounded by nature, so insects, small creatures, or animals may occasionally enter the premises. Guests must exercise caution and handle such situations safely. The host is not responsible for bites, injuries, or issues caused by nature.
● Open flames or candles are not allowed inside the villa.
● Guests must switch off lights, ACs, and appliances when not in use.
● Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Soul Club and its staff members, along with caretakers and Farmville Ibiza staff members, are not
responsible in the case of loss of personal belongings and will not be liable for any damages or losses that occur.
● We request and recommend that customers do not bring expensive belongings to the property, and especially refrain from wearing jewellery or carrying expensive items into the pool or common outdoor areas
Respect & Community
● No large events or parties without prior approval. Small gatherings (birthdays, office outings, etc.) are welcome with prior intimation.
● Please do not litter the lawn or outdoor spaces. Use the dustbins provided.
● Respect the neighbourhood and community by maintaining peaceful behaviour.
Cleaning & Fines
● Our cleaning staff may come to the premises from 9 am onwards for the cleaning of outdoor areas.
● The official checkout timing is 11 am; a penalty of Rs 2000 per hour may be applicable unless a late checkout is authorised by the host. Cleaning staff are permitted to come inside the house and begin cleaning from 11 am onwards to ensure the place is clean and ready for the next guests. In case any guest objects or denies entry, the guest will be liable to pay the penalty as listed above and will be asked to leave the property immediately.
● Garden & pool cleaning is controlled by a third-party company, and they may come to the property premises at any time during the day for their duties. Guest are not allowed to stop the staff from doing their duties.
● Cleaning staff may continue cleaning the property post the check-in time of 2pm if needed or due to factors beyond our control, however guest will be allowed to check in at 2 pm. No extra stay or refunds will be given for this.
● A fine of Rs 2000 will be imposed if guests are found smoking indoors, any cigarette butts found inside the main building during cleaning will be
considered as proof of smoking and a fine will be deducted from the security deposit. We kindly request guests to smoke outside and use the ash-trays
given for proper disposal.
● Cooking of SEA FOOD and NON-VEG is not allowed inside the premises of the house, guests may bring these items from outside or cook them outdoors in the BBQ, any strong odour left due to cooking of SEA FOOD & NON VEG will be fined at Rs 2000/-
● Excessive uncleanliness, accumulation of trash, or odours beyond reasonable limits that require additional cleaning, cause delay in the next check-in, or result in cancellation or disruption of the subsequent guest’s stay will attract an additional cleaning fee of ₹1,500. In cases where such conditions lead to cancellation or a significant impact on the next guest’s experience, a penalty equivalent to one full night’s tariff will be applicable
Security Measures and Usage of CCTV Cameras
For security purposes, CCTV cameras equipped with motion detection technology are installed in common areas. These cameras capture footage only when motion is detected, such as during movements or potential break-ins.
Limitations and Disclaimer

Availability and Functionality: Due to potential network or electricity issues, the cameras may not be active or functioning at all times.

No Guarantee of Recordings: We do not guarantee the availability, maintenance, storage, or provision of CCTV footage of any events that may occur.

No Responsibility for Footage: We disclaim responsibility for maintaining, storing, or providing any CCTV recordings.
Rules for Guests

No Tampering with Cameras: Guests are strictly prohibited from turning off, tampering with, or interfering with the operation of the CCTV cameras under any circumstances.

Compliance with Rules: Guests are expected to abide by the rules laid out herein and maintain common civic sense while using the premises.
Legal Notice
By using the premises, guests acknowledge that they are aware of the limitations regarding the CCTV cameras and agree to comply with the stated rules. We disclaim liability for any claims arising from the non-availability or non-functionality of the CCTV cameras or the unavailability of footage.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Bookings via Online Portals (Airbnb, (link unavailable), etc.)
- Cancellation and Refund: For guests booked via Airbnb or any other online portal, cancellations and refunds will be subject to the cancellation and refund policy as outlined on that respective platform.
Bookings Made Directly with Soul Club

Within 24 Hours of Payment: If a cancellation is requested within 24 hours after payment has been made, a full refund will be given.

After 24 Hours of Payment: For cancellations made after 24 hours of payment, any token amount or partial payment made is non-refundable.

Cancellations up to 10 Days Before Booking Date: For cancellations made up to 10 days before the booking date, no refunds will be given. The guest is liable to pay the balance amount owed to us.
Liability & Indemnity
Guests are fully responsible for any damages caused due to unruly behaviour, negligence, or misuse of property.
● Any fines, penalties, or claims imposed by police, government authorities, or housing societies as a result of guest actions will be the guest’s responsibility. Payment must be made immediately.
● We are not liable for ALL factors outside our control, including the outage of Wifi, Electricity, Plumbing issues or any other issues that may lead to
cancellation of your stay, including bad weather or natural causes.
● We reserve the right to initiate appropriate legal action, including but not limited to filing a defamation suit and seeking damages, in the event that a
guest publishes or circulates false, misleading, or malicious statements, reviews, or comments intended to harm the reputation of the property or its
management, particularly when such actions arise from the guest’s failure to comply with the established house rules or from enforcement of the same by the host.
Amenities Disclaimer
All amenities listed on Airbnb or any other Online Travel Agency (OTA) are provided subject to availability. We do not guarantee that all amenities will be operational or accessible at the time of your stay. Non-availability or malfunction of any amenity shall not be considered grounds for refunds or
cancellations.
● Guests agree to indemnify and hold the host harmless from any claims, costs, or damages arising from their stay.
✅ By booking Soul Club, you agree to follow these rules and policies. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, cancellation of stay without refund, or removal from the property. Should you have a problem with any of the rules and regulations mentioned above, kindly reach out to us to cancel your booking. Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
